The initial process begins with meeting with our representative at your premises. We will discuss your project and define your goal. Our experts can determine from a simple phone call if your works will require planning permission/Party Wall Notice(s) or if you are legally entitled to progress without permission.
We carry out measured surveys to obtain planning permission (if required) with an option of a 3D perspective of how your home may look after completion. We submit your application as your agent and keep you informed throughout the whole planning stage.
Our Party Wall Surveyor specialists will deal with any issues under the Party Wall Act 1996 that you may need as a Building Owner. Likewise we can ensure your property is fully protected under the Act if you are a neighbour of a Building Owner and require your own independent specialist.
